FAQs

How do I use these pouches?

Place one pouch under your upper or lower lip, between your lip and gum. Leave it in for up to 30 minutes. When you're done, toss it in the trash or use the top lid compartment if a bin’s not nearby.

How long should I keep a pouch in for?

You'll start feeling it within 5-10 minutes. We recommend keeping it in for around 30 minutes to get the full benefit. After that, most of the caffeine has been released.

Do I have to spit?

Nope. These are 100% spit-free. All ingredients are food-grade, so any saliva is safe to swallow. Just don’t chew or swallow the pouch itself.

How much caffeine is in each pouch?

Each pouch contains 88mg of naturally sourced caffeine. We chose this specific amount to deliver a clean, balanced boost without the jitters or crash you get from heavy doses.

Do they stain your teeth?

Nope. Our white pouches are designed not to stain, and the premium fleece is soft to avoid gum irritation.

How are these different from other pouches on the market?

Some pouches rely on under-dosed nootropics for marketing (there’s simply not enough room to fit effective doses). Others overload caffeine to make up for weak delivery systems. Our pouches are moist, flavorful, and made with premium ingredients - built for better absorption and balanced energy, using just the right amount of the classic - good old caffeine.

Are they safe?

Yes. They're made in a GMP-certified facility that follows pharmaceutical-grade standards, using only high-quality, food-grade ingredients.

Where are these made?

These are produced in a GMP-certified facility in the EU, operated by experts in pouch manufacturing. Ingredient sourcing, production, and packing all happen under one roof to ensure consistent, high-end quality. Finished product is then shipped to our warehouse in North Carolina, where orders are fulfilled and shipped across the U.S.

Can I use these every day?

Yes, you can use them daily. Just don’t exceed 400mg of caffeine per day from all sources. If you're sensitive to caffeine, start with one pouch to gauge your tolerance.

How many pouches come in a can?

Each can includes 20 premium pouches. While the industry standard is 15–20, we pack in the full 20 to give you more value per can.
